I want to cancel my subscription
to whom it may concern,
About 1 month ago, I chatted with Dropbox and told them I wanted to cancel my plan, but someone told me the application wouldn't be charged after one month. About 2 day...

Can you please let us know your ticket ID for your chat interaction so that we can look it up in our system?
Also, what plan are you on at the moment and how did you upgrade in the first place? Was it through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
