    You generally don't need to contact Support to upgrade unless there's a problem with your account. You can upgrade directly from the Dropbox website, or through a mobile app store (Apple, Google Play).

    Are you having a problem while trying to upgrade your plan? If so, you can either let us know here and we'll try to help, or you can contact Support through the support page. There is no phone number or email address.
