I was randomly charged CAD$30.51 and I don't have a Dropbox subscription.
On my bank account, it just showed "DROPBOX SI 30.51_V" on Oct 31. Took 30.51 away from me. What can I do for this?

You can use this tool to look up any Dropbox transaction and confirm whether it’s linked to an account: https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge Enter the transaction date and amount to see if the charge matches a Dropbox plan.
If the charge is linked to a Dropbox account you don’t recognize, you can follow the prompts to request a refund or cancel the subscription. If the tool can’t locate the charge, or the payment wasn’t made to Dropbox, your bank can help you investigate it further.
