Based on the info you provided it sounds like you have two Dropbox accounts, but let's see what we can find about this.
The first thing you want to do is access your Dropbox account and check this page to see what it states. If you see no relevant charges, and you're also on a Basic plan, that means we'd need to locate the account behind the charge that you mentioned.
I'd suggest using our self-serve look up tool in order to locate the email address behind this annual, Plus payment. Once you locate the email you should then be able to access the relevant Dropbox account.
