I'm already paying for an account, but I can't find it

Hello.

First of all. Jesus Christ it’s exhausting to try and find an email or a phone number to call for help.

Just tried to upgrade my free account which puzzled me that I had to since I’m already paying every month. I rarely use Dropbox. But I tried just to see what would happen, and got the notification that my card was already paying for a different account?? I can’t use the tool inside Dropbox since it’s through apple that I’m paying I guess.. what to do? How do I find this account that I’m paying for?

Hi Jesperdue, thanks for contacting us!

Just to check, did you upgrade in the iOS mobile app, or did you pay with Apple Pay?

This will help me to assist further!

I tried to upgrade through the app AND through the website in google Chrome. I’m paying through App Store. The order ID doesn’t match the requirement of 11 digits in the billing tool on the website..

The account you're looking for would use the same email address that you use for the Apple App store.

If you open the Dropbox app on your phone and tap the Account tab at the bottom, you'll see the email address and the plan which that account is subscribed to. Does that email address differ from the one you're using to sign in on the Dropbox website? Also, what plan is listed in the app?

    No, it doesn’t differ.
It says that I have the free plan right now, so I’m wondering what I’m paying for.

Could you try using these steps to restore the purchase in the iOS app?
