I'm being charged monthly for Dropbox but can't access account and can't log in to cancel
I purchased a monthly plan to store photos from an old phone which I no longer have access to. I am being charged monthly fees for this, but cannot log into Dropbox to find the account and cancel it. My email address links to a basic plan. There is no contact number to find help and solve this issue. It's a nightmare, i've been going around in circles for weeks. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and will never use Dropbox again!

Use the credit card charge lookup tool to determine which account you're being charged for. If you have access to the email address shown for the account, use it to sign in to the account and cancel the subscription.
Otherwise, to contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
