Have you used the Dropbox credit card lookup tool? Deleting an account which doesnt have a payment on wont stop payments.
Ultimately Dropbox cannot charge you if you didnt give it your details, if you didnt then you need to speak to your card company as its fraud.

I did.
It is a professional plus plan under an account that is not mine, however they have been using my card. I cannot cancel the subscription since I don't have the password for the account in use. I need help canceling this

You mean someone has been using your card fraudulently, to pay for a Dropbox subscription that isn't yours? If so, you should be contacting your bank first!
