I'm trying to cancel a Plus plan, but all I see is a Dropbox Basic account.

From what you’ve mentioned so far and your screenshots, it appears that you’re currently logged in to a different Dropbox account, which isn’t the one your mom is currently being charged for.
If she had upgraded her Dropbox account via our website indeed, you can check her bank statement for a 12-digit transaction ID that should be linked to her Dropbox charges. You can then use that transaction ID on this page to find out which email address her paid plan is connected to.
After that, you can compare that email address with the one showing under her Dropbox account settings > General tab here.
If these two aren’t the exact same, you’ll need to log out of that Dropbox account and sign back in with the correct email address and password, so that you may cancel the correct plan.
