Is it better to have 2 Plus accounts or a Family one?

I have an individual plus account. My wife needs a Dropbox plus account.  No other family members. It seems more cost efficient to have two individual plus accounts rather than a family account. The ...

This is basically up to you, but with the Plus accounts you'll have 2 TB of space each, while with the Family plan you'd be sharing 2 TB with each other, so I guess that would be more efficient in that sense.

Is there a phone number for costumer service. your oveseas chat is not very good!
