I've been charged, but I don't have a paid Dropbox subscription.
I am at my wits end. I have been charged MONTHLY 12.83 for the last couple of months out of no where. I have absolutely not a single email account associated with Dropbox yet I’m being charged monthly. I got on here and was **bleep** near forced to make this account because the website for DropBox was giving me LITTLE to NO information to help me figure out how to stop a withdrawal with NO ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH DROPBOX, because I didn’t originally have an account with this company. I went online through their website to try to contact customer service or a support member and it gave me a **bleep**ty “chat box” to “communicate with” which was absolutely NO HELP. I am completely fed up and want my money back from DropBox. I need someone to please help me!

Hey tiawilliams18, sorry to see that you're having this kind of issue.
What kind of charge was this? A credit card one or an iTunes/Google Play one?
Have you tried our payment lookup tool, to see which email address this payment is linked to?
If the former, have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly using these steps?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

I have tried to use your tools and they do not work. My email that i had to use to create an account TODAY with is not associated with the charges coming from my card. I do not have an email associated with DropBox other than the one I’ve used today. So i have no emails showing a “12 digit tracking number” or whatever y’all call it for your charges. My bank statements have been showing me the last 4 where the charges are coming out as well as the amount of 12.83 for the last 10 months that I’ve had money being stolen from me.
