I've been charged through PayPal for an unknown account; I need a refund.
I was billed through Paypal for the Essentials account at 119.88. I do not have an Essentials account. I only have the 2GB free account and barely use that. I have checked on all the email addresses I have ever used. I have no notices of coming billings at all.
The phone number listed on Paypal is useless, tells you to go to your admin account and disconnects you.
Ticket submitted at the address listed by Paypal responds that it is an unmonitored email and nothing will happen. That ticket # is Ticket #24583703: Paypal payment
I found in this forum how to send a support request incognito and have done that. I have not received any kind of ticket number from that.
I need this refunded and resolved ASAP.

If you did not give your details to Dropbox at all then its PayPal you need to contact as your account is compromised.
If you did you need to log on to that one and contact support via that method.
If you've logged a ticket Dropbox will reply within a few days.

Hey Stormdancing. To clarify, did you log your ticket while NOT signed in to any Dropbox account at all?

Yes, I did that but have not received a ticket number for that. The above ticket # I received was when I emailed support AT dropbox.com and that response was that it was unmonitored and would not be answered.
