I've been paying £10.99 for months, but I see my Dropbox account is on the Basic plan.

Hello, I’ve been paying 10.99 for over 6 months now, I haven’t really used it since signing up, today I’ve decided to check my files and it’s telling my I’m now on basic plan but I got charged 10.99 on the 10th? So basically I’ve been paying for absolutely nothing and you’ve just been taking my money, I’m using the same email before you ask, as I get emails saying my shared file has been updated with more things, hope you can get back to me as soon as possible because this has really angered me

    Use the credit card charge lookup tool to make sure you're signing in to the same account that you're being charged for.
