I've paid for Dropbox, but I don't see more storage on my account.

Hello, yesterday i upgraded my Dropbox from Basic to 2TB. Dropbox has already charged me and i have paid, but i can’t see a change in my storagelevel. I have already tried to “Reload Purchase” but i jst get an Error 409 code… has anyone tried this before?

    Which platform did you use to upgrade your Dropbox account? Was it www.dropbox.com, or the iTunes/Google Play store on your mobile device? 

    Can you also send me a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving?

      i used Dropbox.com when i upgraded :).
