I've paid twice to update my Dropbox account, but it's still the same and asks me to upgrade.
Has this happened to anyone?
Since my account is set as an basic account i cant reach anyone to tell them about this problem.
I have scrennshots of messages confirming my updates, aswell as scrennshots from my bank showing the transfer of money.
Is there any way for me to reach them via email og chat?

Did you upgrade your Dropbox account directly from www.dropbox.com or did you use your Google Play/iTunes account?
You can also attach your screenshots in this thread (just make sure there are none of your personal info showing).
Let me know once you have more info.

my dropbox is connected to my gmail.
But i upgraded from the site, possibly i went onto the site from my gmail, donðt remeber, but i updated on the site, and filled in my creditcard number and info.this is a screenshot of the sms from my bank. it translates to : Payment for 119,88 euros to Dropbox. confirmation code:numbers.
