My account is a Basic one, but I received an email about an upcoming charge.
I have a received an email saying that my account will be renewed and charged 163.67$ on February 11, 2026.
Once connected, my account is the Dropbox Basic which is free. I also have no bill to Pay...

Are you sure you don't have a second account? Are you receiving that email at the same address you use for your Basic account? Sign in to your account and check the Plan page. Does it show as Basic?
If your account shows Basic on the Plan page, then you likely have a second account. It's pretty common, especially when dealing with accounts created for work. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're being charged for. Once you identify the account, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.

Hi again,
I looked and found two other accounts that got deleted. Even though I have the email addresses and their passwords, we can't connect to either of them. So I can't identify the one I can use to cancel the subscription on this third account that will be charged February 11.
Looking forward to your guidance!

Did you use the lookup tool to enter the transaction details? If you look at your card statement on February 11, 2025 (or a day or so before or after), you should see the initial transaction details. Enter that into the form I linked above and it should identify the account you're being charged for.
Failing that, you would need to reach out to Support directly. You'll be able to open a billing ticket at the following link:
