My account was downgraded because my payment card expired. Can I get my data back?
Hi my account was downgraded because my payment card expired. I wasn’t aware of the problem and now don’t know if I can get my data back. Will it have been deleted? Is there a way to see what has been deleted?

How long ago was it downgraded? If its a few days you are fine. If its many many months it may not be.
You can upgrade again at www.dropbox.com/plans and you can see data, without needing to upgrade etc. at www.dropbox.com/home. You may also want to check www.dropbox.com/events to see what it says about files. Note if they have been removed for being over quota by Dropbox they are not recoverable.

However, if they were removed you get 30 days to recover, so, if they were removed more than that they arent I'm afraid.
