My card was charged for an upgrade but I'm still on the Basic plan
My card was debited and I still dont see anymore then basic on my dropbox. Any idea?

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account that's associated with another email address of yours perhaps?
If you used a credit/debit card directly on the Dropbox site, have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to confirm that you upgraded the correct account?
