My Dropbox account shows as Plus, but I still have 2GB of storage.
Hello
I upgraded to Dropbox Plus / 2TB of storage 2 hours ago. I can see the transaction in my bank account but storage space is still only 2GB. I also cannot access the support options (email/chat support) that come with my Plus subscription. This is unacceptable. I just paid $120 and am not receiving access to what I paid for. I need to upload a large amount of files that are time sensitive, and this error in your system is preventing me from being able to do that. Please assist ASAP.

To pre-empt the questions from Dropbox that I've seen on similar posts:
It is not possible that I'm paying for a different Dropbox account than the one I mainly use. When I click "upgrade plan" it takes me directly to a page that says my plan is already upgraded to Plus. Additionally, on the "subscriptions" page, it shows that I am currently subscribed to Dropbox Plus. However, it also shows that I only have 2 GB of personal Dropbox space.
I see my confirmed payment (with an invoice and receipt) on https://www.dropbox.com/payments [link removed per Community Guidelines] on my account.
Yes, Dropbox support can send me an email to have a further look internally.
