From what I can see in your previous communication with our support team, you were advised to upgrade directly from our website; is this what you did or did you use the app?
Can you reply to the already existing ticket, to inform the team of the issue?

The ticket is locked.
and yes, i used the website directly, via a laptop chrome browser
the money was deducted from the account
