"No payment or billing activity" message
Am faced with this message as I try to up No payment or billing activity
Invoices and receipts for payments made on your Dropbox account will be available here.

Can you please clarify what you're trying to do, when you get this message?
Are you trying to update your billing info?
And if so, is it possible that you're signed in to a free account and not your paid one? Check here to see your plan.
