Not receiving Verification and Forgot Password email
everytime i opened dropbox web, a red box came up and said i need to verify my email. but when i click sent verification email, i got nothing. i've checked my spam. plus, i forgot my password, and the email for recovering password doesn't come through either. but weirdly, i have sent a community comment in dropbox forum a while ago with the same email address and the notification of "ranking up in dropbox community" came through. so, it's definitely not a problem on my email.
I just did! You shouldn't have an issue receiving my email, but let me know if you didn't.

Hi I have exactly the same issue. I cannot verify my email ..it is very frustrating as I am trying to use dropbox for a while and nobody seems to be able to help

Hey Luciag1, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you check your email's spam/junk folder for the email and let us know if you can find the verification email there?
If not, you can try asking for the verification email again, preferably through a different browser.
