Not receiving Verification and Forgot Password email
everytime i opened dropbox web, a red box came up and said i need to verify my email. but when i click sent verification email, i got nothing. i've checked my spam. plus, i forgot my password, and the email for recovering password doesn't come through either. but weirdly, i have sent a community comment in dropbox forum a while ago with the same email address and the notification of "ranking up in dropbox community" came through. so, it's definitely not a problem on my email.
I just did! You shouldn't have an issue receiving my email, but let me know if you didn't.

I'm having the exact same issue. Requested verification email to "resend" various times, not located in my spam/junk folder either. @Hannah can you please help?

colinn, can you please make sure that no-reply@dropbox.com is also added to your email contacts?
Are you still unable to receive the verification code/reset email after that?

Yes it is. It doesn't make any difference.
