Offered Dropbox Basic Extra Plan $1.99 month but can't find plan
I was recently offered a $1.99/month plan for 100GB while I was logged into Dropbox. Unfortuantely, I was on a plane so wasn't able to sign up in time. When I logged in later the offer didn't appear. I tried chatting to a sales agent online and they said I should have received an email which I don't remember seeing and may have gone to my spam folder. They weren't able to help and said I needed to log a ticket to get a specialist to look into this.
Unfortunately, as I am on a free account I don't have the option to log a ticket so what do I do?

I too was offered $1.99 for 50GB... been on the fence for a long time as a long time dropbox free user and was waiting for a good offer. if I get that $1.99 for 100GB billed yearly, I'de be all in since like I said been on the fence and contemplating about upgrading or buying from competitors like google drive, microsoft onedrive etc.
But since I've been a long time free user with 9GB if I had a choice I'de like to stay with dropbox - cn2acc2 years agoNew member | Level 2

Hey chaba - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify if you're getting any specific errors when accessing the link?
If so, a screenshot would be very helpful so please feel free to send us one.
While we're at it, did you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser?

Hi,
I have read this thread about not finding the offered Basic Extra Plan anymore and have the same problem.
Can anyone help me to get to this offer somehow again? I don't care if it is 50, 100 or 200 GB but a plan for ~24 Euro or dollar would suit my needs, especially when I am travelling and camera upload is active.
