Offered Dropbox Basic Extra Plan $1.99 month but can't find plan
I was recently offered a $1.99/month plan for 100GB while I was logged into Dropbox. Unfortuantely, I was on a plane so wasn't able to sign up in time. When I logged in later the offer didn't appear. I tried chatting to a sales agent online and they said I should have received an email which I don't remember seeing and may have gone to my spam folder. They weren't able to help and said I needed to log a ticket to get a specialist to look into this.
Unfortunately, as I am on a free account I don't have the option to log a ticket so what do I do?
Hi @JKell11,
Kindly check this link. If you are still eligible for this plan, you will find your offer there :

Hey Miriam28, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May we reach out via email to have a further look internally?

I too am getting offered the Basic Extra plan while logged into the website. I tried to locate details of the plan but cant find any specifics. Has anyone seen details - devices, storage, users, platforms etc. I've been DBX for many years now. I tried to get details via Chat and when the "attendant" was about to provide details the chat session got disconnected, they had not heard of the plan.

Hi mbkitmgr, I hope you're doing well!
I'd be happy to do some digging with you, but I'd rather use an email for that due to the nature of the account-specific issue.
Would it be okay for me to reach out via email?
Let me know!

I am very happy about that! Dropbox finally offers smaller plans.
I just got offered a "Dropbox Basic Extra"-Plan for 1,99€/month for 50GB.
..., but it looks like it was 100GB half a year ago 😞
In my opinion 100GB would suit the price better than 50GB, as it is more competitive with "the great G."
(Who offer 100GB 1,99€/month and 200GB 2,99€/month as a small Service AND with discounts on yearly payments.) - KooTrek3 years agoExplorer | Level 4
I also just got the Basic Extra plan for $2.49 CAD for 50GB. Totally agree: offer the 100GB for that and I'd go for it. Happy with my 100GB with Brand G, anyway.
