Our admin invited my company email to our shared folders but it says I need to upgrade
Good morning, I have my company dropbox email but was not previously connected to our shared folders. Our Admin person sent a link to the shared folders. When I select it, it wants me to register. Wh...

What kind of Dropbox account is your company email associated with? If you're currently signed into that account, you'll see the plan you're on here.
If it says that it's a Basic free account, it means that your company account is not part of a Dropbox team account.
If your company does have a Dropbox team account, they'll need to invite you to the team first.
But if the company doesn't have a Dropbox team account and just has an individual upgraded account (Plus, Professional), you'll also need enough space in your own account to access the folders they're sharing with you.
So, you'll need to check in with them and see what the case is here.
