Quicken coupon for 100GB added space doesn't work.

I am having the same issue. I have two dropbox accounts and neither have utilized this coupon. my email is [emails removed as per Community Guidelines] My preference is to join the two accounts but if not possilble, I want it applied to the surewest account.  How do I reach support to resolve this?>

    its a code that was provided as part of my quicken purchase and is an individual one time use code. I included a picture of it with my last help request I posted.

    They're personal, one-time use codes. You need to have an active Quicken subscription in order to receive one, and they come from Quicken, not Dropbox.
