I followed all the steps that it puts in the post correctly, but even doing this it does't work.
When I finished all the steps it appears that message.
"est could not be started due to technical error"
Now how can I proceed?

Nancy, I'm facing the same issue. My registered ID is [Removed as per Community Guidelines] on both Dropbox and Seagate(5TB hdd). When registered, its showing only 2GB plan

Hi Sam Toor, what error are you getting when applying the promotional offer? What payment method have you selected?

it shows 2gb space and cant upload more files but then on another side, it shows 25 tb business plan. I can't understand why I cant manually upload files? Or the 25tb plan will only auto sync? I dont know how it will work but please guide me.

Just to check, do you have two separate Dropbox accounts, a personal account and a Dropbox Business plan, under different emails?

No, just the one

Could you clarify exactly where you're seeing the 25 TB plan on the Dropbox site?
