Retry for failed payment
Can you please give an option for retrying the payment if it doesn't go through for whatever reason instead of forcing us to "update your billing info". It's going to be same for couple of years with the cards, it's quite frustrating having to update the info with the same info whenever this happens. Thanks.

Hi alyanome - thanks for sharing your thoughts on this with us.
Just to make sure we got this right, could you clarify if you're referring to upgrade issues or if you had this issue when renewing your subscription perhaps?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

Renewing subscription. When the automatic payment system fails.

6 months later, this is still an issue. How hard is it to add a "retry billing" button? With card security, I might have to approve of the payment to make it go through from time to time, which will make automated payments fail without any notification on my end before I get the "update billing information" question. It's a small thing, but it's extremely annoying.
