- IanF12 years agoNew member | Level 2Jay, the link you supplied solicited a very speedy response from Dropbox who tracked down that my 10 digit code was aligned to a Pay Pal purchase made from another old account I had that fortunately I could get back in on.
I am now working having updated Payne to details for future to credit card.
I really appreciate the very swift response and sound advice you have provided. I am fully working now. Cheers Ian
