The cancelling link isn't working, and I got charged.
Anybody else think it’s down right predatory that dropbox won’t let you cancel online. They have all these instructions on how to cancel but fail to mention that the link is disabled. Funny how the link that will charge you 125$ is active. That is down right wrong, I got charged over 200$ because they make you jump through loops to cancel and i missed the deadline and i still can’t cancel my account. You’d rather your customers call and wait up to hours on the phone to go through a line of predatory questioning just so i can cancel my account. this is disgusting and yall should be ashamed of yourself.

Hey emaunix3, sorry to hear about that!
When you say that the link is disabled when trying to cancel your plan, would you mind clarifying a bit more?
Did you originally upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?
Let me know more, thanks!

Crazy, same thing is happening to me!! I need this subscription once for access to photos, and I’ve been paying for it ever since. Simply trying to cancel since I never use it and the “cancel” link under manage account won’t work. Did you have any luck resolving this?

Hi Mermarie1996, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Let me know more!
