Trying to cancel subscription and want to talk to a human.
Hi,
I've been charged 9.99 for a couple of years now to my credit card and the transaction has no details apart from 9.99 a month from drop box.
I can't seem to find where to talk to an actual person on the site apart from chat bots. There is no payment history on my billing so must be another account set up along time ago.
Please help.

You need to log a ticket via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even to here. So, try and use an incognito window.
However, if nothing shows up check payment isn't via an app store (GooglePlay or similar) as if it is you need to cancel there,

I would call the credit card company and remove the payment.
