Trying to upgrade my account but it says I'm already using a Dropbox account with the same Apple ID
hi, a file someone sent me on Dropbox is not uploading. I only have 2 GB of storage on my account and It says I used 1.8 GB. I tried to upgrade to 2 TB, to the plus plan and it won’t let me. It says I am already using a Dropbox account with the same Apple ID. It then says to contact customer support and I can’t find a way to get a hold of drop box. Please help me figure out why it won’t let me upgrade. This is is the only drop box account I have. Is there a way to get a hold of drop box’s customer support team? Thanks.

Are you trying to upgrade through the Dropbox mobile app on your iOS device?
Can you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting?
