Unable to get help via help page, links sent by bot do not work. Need to be able to contact a person
Been paying for years but nothing showing in the subscription section. Unable to get dropbox to check as unable to give them card details as the link the bot shows doesnt work. Cant event find where to edit card details.
The chat bot says there is alternative (better) support options for paid subscribers, but it doesn't think I am even I've been paying for years

Hey Alan21, welcome to our Community!
It sounds like you might be using a Basic account at the moment. Can you check your account's plan page, and let me know what it reports?
Is it possible that your subscription is linked with another Dropbox account of yours?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It says it's a basic plan with 2GB of storage .. but I've been paying £16.66 p month for several years. I guess it is possible that the subscription is linked to another account. Is £16.66 a basic package? How do I find out? I pretty much never use the account but now have someone who has sent me an 87.5GB file and I can't download it.

Hey Alan21, thanks for the speedy reply!
The Basic is our free subscription. Have you tried our self-serve look-up tool to see if you can locate the account that this charge is coming from?

I tried that link. There is no transaction ID on my bank statements. When I click the "Billing Help Request" button it takes me to a generic help page where I started out https://www.dropbox.com/get_help
