Unknown dropbox charge

I used to have an email address for all my subscriptions including Dropbox. I was sure I cancelled my Dropbox subscription, but Iām still getting charged $15,99 on my debit card. Unfortunately, I donāt remember the address I used for the Dropbox account and canāt seem to find the 12 digit transaction ID on my bank statement. All Iām seeing is a 7 digit alphanumerical code on the Dropbox line item followed by 12 numbers (tried using them but nothing came up). Iām either getting charged for my old dropbox account or someone used my card without my authorization.
Can anyone help ?
