Upgraded Plan Not Reflected

My co-worker upgraded my 2GB personal account to a 1TB account. She submitted the payment. However, my account is still showing only 2GB. I have logged out, restarted my computer, etc., and it does not correct the problem. Please help!

I heard that because she made the purchase on a different computer than the one I am on, there may be a Dropbox issue that doesn't allow my computer to register the upgrade. Really need help soon as I have work to get done!

    Hope you're doing well, MCSquared22.

Could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device, by following these steps?

In your Dropbox app, tap Account. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings. Tap on Restore purchases, which should activate your last upgrade.

According to subscriptions list, the subscription is there, but the app has not been updated to this status. When I press the upgrade button, it says I already have a subscription. I then get an app error message. How can I fix this? I can’t talk to support about this because the app says I’m not upgraded.

    Hi everyone,

I upgraded my Dropbox to plus via Apple Pay. The amount was deducted from my back account so payment went through yet my account is still the free version.

Any way to get through to Dropbox as the free version doesn’t qualify me for help from customer service only the ChatBot

I have a subscription to the plus plan but my app says I don’t and am out of room. FYI it’s thru Apple iOS and not sure how to connect all accounts. I guess that’s two separate issues but I cannot figure out which if any account has the plus plan active.
