We can't find which Dropbox subscription we're being billed for to cancel it.
Hi All,
I work for a company and we have noticed Dropbox subscription coming from our bank account. No one knows what this is for or who has signed up to it. So I am looking to find out who has signed up to it within the business and cancel it.
I can't log into the account to cancel as we do not know any user name or password.
Can anyone help? I tried contacting support but they wanted me to pay to get support from a human!
Thank you

I see, no worries Lianne ! I’ve gone ahead and logged a new ticket for you instead.
Can you check your Community email address and reply back to me?

Thank you Nancy, the payments do not originate from iTunes or Google Play. The reference on our bank account is only 10 digits long. I tried to submit an online query through the link but its asking for the email address associated which we do not know

Thanks for posting about this on our Community, Lianne !
The Dropbox charges that you see in your bank statement, do they originate from Google Play/iTunes?
If not, please use the 12-digit transaction ID that should be linked to your Dropbox payments on this page; you can find more about the Dropbox account you’re being billed for this way.
Let me know if that helps.
