Where to fill in VAT number when upgrading from Basic?

Hi! I have Basic and want to upgrade to Plus to get more space, but I can’t see where I can fill in my VAT number before paying. I am a freelance with a Swedish company and VAT number. The problem is...

You can only add a VAT number if you're on one of the Business plans, which include Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, and Business Plus. There's no way to add a VAT number for Basic, Plus or Family plans.
