Your plan and billing information are managed externally
Hi,
I let my plan managed by itunes store expire (as suggested by dropbox customers support via chat) because I wanted to upgrsde to a family plan directly on dropbox website.

How long ago did it expire? And has your plan downgraded yet?
Both need to have happened to allow it to be picked up via website

Still waiting, stucked without syncing, still don't know when my plan shall be downgraded and if I'll be able to re-upgrade immediatly after the downgrade.
I'm also receiving many mails from dropbox requesting to upgrade payment informations. I don't understand why considering that I actively terminated the automatic renewal on itunes store but my payment information stored are still valid.
I'm considering a migration to google drive family, does anyone have experience?
