Changing existing email address linked to an existing Dropbox account, without access to email.
I have been trying to change my Dropbox email address for 12 months without success. The email address associated with my business Dropbox changed due to business restructuring. We forgot to change the address with Dropbox beforehand. I cannot change my email address and I cannot cancel the subscription. What to do ? Ticket #24713097. Peter

Hey PeterHart welcome to our Community!
Just to make sure we're aligned, it sounds like you wish to change the email address of your Dropbox account since you no longer have access to it, right?
Even if you don't have access to the email address in question, you should be able to input the account's credentials (if you can recall them) and access it. Do you have a problem receiving the security code, in order to sign in?
Keep in mind that your ticket number has been accidentally spammed by our system. If you wish, I can create a new one on my end for you.

I cannot receive the security code because the old email address is dead [email removed as per Community Guidelines] I have a private dropbox account. The one that I want to retrieve is in the name removed.

It probably isnt possible to do this, however, you can try logging a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support to ask.
