I've forgotten my password and I don't have access to the email address associated with my account

I no longer have access to the email address associated with my Dropbox account, and I don't remember my password, but I am connected in the devices listed below.

Is there a way for me to change the password or the email address?

Device
Lenovo Yoga
Operating System/Browser (if using the web)
Windows 10 Home / Chrome
Dropbox App Version (if using the app)
460.2.8 on Android phone
Dropbox Plan

Hey mandragora, thanks for joining our Community.

Having no access to the email address linked to your account is a tough situation, to be honest.

But in this case, since you have devices linked to the account, just to make your life easier, I would suggest just downloading your files and uploading them to a new account that you can access.

You can also go the route of contacting support, if you want, to see if they can help out.

Should you decide to contact support, you can do so by opening this link from a private browsing/incognito window, filling out the form and sending your request.

I hope this helps and if you have any questions, let me know!
