2 years agoHey there VYV - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
The message you got that the email is taken when trying to change the email address on your account means that there's already a Dropbox account associated with that email address.
Have you tried logging into that account perhaps?
Let us know more information and we'll take it from there.

I have 3 acounts because i created by by mistake a 3rd one and transfer all my files there. I would like to delete this 3rd account but before transfer all my files back to old one.

Hey VYV, thanks for the update here.
There's no automatic way to transfer files from one account to the other.
You can either share the files in the 3rd account with the preferred one, or download them from the 3rd account and then upload them to the preferred one.
