How can I change my email address on one of my devices?
I need to change email address on one device
I Gave Up
I deleted the Dropbox account that was giving me trouble
And, this time, when Dropbox restarted on that PC, and for the first time, I was given the opportunity to supply the login credentials I wanted to use
And now, after a week of failed attempts, taking a picture with my Android appears in the Camera Uploads folder on both Windows PC devices
P.S. I believe that Dropbox should modify the sign in to allow the user to supply any credentials (email and password) they want to use for that session
Thanks for the help

All you have to do is sign out of the Dropbox website, then you can use any credentials you want in the app. The app and the website are connected.

I need to change the Dropbox email address on one device"You arent changing email. You are changing account.
You need to log out of the account already installed and add the new one.

That was helpful
Your advice brought me to a web interface that would let me edit the email address
But it throws an error message when I edit/change to the email address I want to use

Hey Martin D.22, let me also jump in here!
Keep in mind that the app will most likely connect to the same Dropbox account that you've signed into the Dropbox website.
Make sure to sign out of both the Dropbox website and the app, then sign back in to the correct Dropbox account using the website, and then try the same on our app.

The Unlink advice mentions a security tab
I do not see a security tab in the Windows App
I do not see a security tab in the Dropbox browser interfaceThis advice does not seem to apply
Thanks for trying to help

I have tried that
The sign out seems to occur
The Dropbox app shuts down
The Dropbox App restarts
A signin dialog starts WITHOUT asking for any credentials
Dropox signs back into the email account that I Do Not Want To UseThis method does not allow me to specify another email address
But, thanks for trying to help

You need to unlink Dropbox from your device and then relog on using the email you wish to use.
Before you relog on, however, make sure you have either moved the files out of the Dropbox directory, or, deleted them, or they'll sync to the account you change.
