I cannot get both my personal and Business accounts to show up in Windows file explorer
Have just purchased two new machines and am being driven nutts by Dropbox. I have a business and a personal account. On my prior machines both appeared in File Explorer. With them linked or unlink...

2 years agoHmm, are you looking at the desktop app preferences?
You can find them, by clicking on the Dropbox icon in your system tray, then on your initials/profile pic and then on "preferences".

I have installed Dropbox and checked that it is running. It does not show in the system tray. Also, when I go to Dropbox.com, and click on the id circle, I do not see PREFERENCES but I see Preferences if I click on SETTINGS first. Just above Preferences, it shows that my two accounts re linked. Please also note that I have two Dropbox entries in File Explorer on my other machine ... that makes this even more odd.
