I'm getting emails saying "Your Team files haven’t synced since..." after I downgraded
I downgraded my Teams account trial to Basic bit I keep getting emails that "Your Team files haven’t synced since Apr 08 2024". I cannot access the management link in that email. I would like to stop getting that message but cannot get to any of the links contained in it.

Hi nottinghamp, thanks for messaging the Community!
Just to check, are you certain that this is the exact same email as the one for your personal account, and not under another email address?
Could you attach a screenshot showing the current plan on your account, along with a screenshot of one of those emails (while hiding any personal names)?
This will help me to assist further!

Hey nottinghamp, I appreciate all the information that you have provided my way.
Was this the first time you got this message, or have you received any similar ones?
Quota-wise, it seems you still have some unused space and the account isn't full. One more thing: is it possible that you uploaded content using the desktop app, and it's trying to sync those changes at the moment?
Feel free to check the app's current syncing status, and let me know.

I downgraded the account from Teams to Basic several weeks ago and have received these emails about every 4 or 5 days since. There should be no Teams activity for this account. I have even deleted all the files that were generated while using the trial Teams version.
All data uploaded since has been synced with the local app with no problems. Everything works as expected except that I am receiving these emails recurringly.

I see, thanks for the heads up nottinghamp!
Can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

OK, I got your email. I got an error that I could not respond to 'Dropbox Support'

An FYI, this is a forwarding email address for delivery of attachments automatically and to keep my regular email anonymous

Never mind, I found an acceptable workaround by changing the email so an address that I don't otherwise care about.
