Is it possible to have many Dropbox accounts under one email address? I can't find my files.
I have the basic plan, which I've had since 2010. I haven't logged into the account for several months. I just logged in today and noticed that the only files in my Dropbox are from 2020, and include just 4 folders, and two of them are empty. I have had many folders, documents, pictures, etc. for many years prior to 2020. Is it possible that I could have more than one account under this email? Is there a way to look at my account history by event?

How long since you last logged in? If its over 12 months data is automatically wiped I'm afraid for inactivity - and it isnt possible to recover it. You get multiple email notifications that its happening so check email's for messages from mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com

No. Its one account per email, but, if you use GMail then you could, in theory, have an account under gmail.com or @googlemail.com OR with punctuation within the bit before the at sign. However, as you have folders on the account that is very unlikely.

http://www.dropbox.com/events BUT this only shows things within past 6 months I believe. It would be empty if not used longer than that.
