Lenovo Promotion Issue

I have purchased a new Lenovo Laptop in September 2021. During the initial windows installation, i was prompted for 100 GB dropbox storage for 1 year. Now after installation i am trying to claim 100 gbs but the account is reflecting only 2 gbs.

 

Btw, i have created a new account of dropbox as per the instructions.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

    You just need to log on to the account and complete sign up - note that you cannot have had an account with a promo previously AND the install has to have been preinstalled. If you downloaded a version from the web its not eligible.

    I redeemed a 12 month storage subscription that came with my new lenovo laptop but only received 6 months.

    Hi Megan, no I was the person to unbox it and switch it on. The lenovo promotion came up for 100gb free, so I clicked it and it installed Dropbox. When I created a new account, I saw it only has 2gb of space unfortunately.

    Did you or anyone else ever sign into Dropbox on your device using an email address other than your current account?

    Hi Megan, both laptops were brought brand new without dropbox pre-installed.

    Let me ask: did you buy your device new or pre-owned?

     

    Also, did Dropbox come preinstalled on the device or did you download it yourself?

    Hello, I am having the same Problem. This is now the 2nd lenovo laptop I have bought in 9 months that only gives me 2GB when it said I can get 100gb. Please could I also get assistance with this?
