Thanks for your reply. I probably didn't make it very clear in my original post that I need to also be about to see and share to the accounts folder that was originally in there, is that possible?

Just to clarify, is this a shared folder between your accountant's account and your own?
Can you give me some more info as to how you've been sharing your files so far, so that I can get a better understanding of your setup?
