However, the team admin might still have the option to transfer your files on the deleted account to another member on the team, including the admin themselves.
That member could then share those files to you so you can download them or add them to your current account.

Thank you for reply.
I was a member of Dropbox Business team.
I requested our team's administrator to downgrade my Dropbox Business account to Dropbox Plus using the following manual: (https://help.dropbox.com/ko-kr/accounts-billing/plans-upgrades/convert-individual-plan)
and our team's administrator follows the procedure stated in the above link.
Since then, I cannot access my account. I think there was an error when converting my account.

If they didn't choose the option to 'Convert to individual Dropbox Basic account instead', then they would have deleted the account from the system completely.
Generally, the email is reserved for 7 days to allow the admin to recover the account.
In the account you're logged into, is it definitely a brand new account with no files or events in the history?

Yes, the account I recently made with the same mail address is definitely a brand new account. Files as well as history(file events) do not exist.

Fortunately, I found that my team administrator has my deleted files, so I can download them and store those files on my new account.
Thank you for your help.
