New login email notifications every minute. How to stop them?
Hi!
So today I logged into my Dropbox account via the Chrome web browser and started getting "We noticed a new sign in to your Dropbox" about twice every minute. I've already opened one of them and confirmed it was me, and also closed the tab where I had my Dropbox open, but the barrage of emails won't stop. I've received like 40 already. Can someone please help? It's driving me insane because my phone vibrates every time I receive one. I guess I will deactivate these types of notifications, but it has to be a bug, right? How can I fix it?
Thanks!
Oh, nevermind. I think it's stopped by itself already. Just in case it happens to someone else, the bug will probably last between 15-20 minutes and then resolve.

I have the remember me boxed ticked all the time which should mean that I don't receive the email about the new browser login.

Hi nichs2, can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
- nichs22 years agoExplorer | Level 3Of course. Can you use the email from my Dropbox account?

Hi Megan
Can you please confirm you have sent an email? This should be to my treasurer email address or did it go to my personal gmail account? I haven't located an email with a specific query in either inbox.
Thanks

Hey nichs2 - sorry to jump in here, but did you check your email's spam/junk folder as well for Megan's email?
