Not getting Email notifications - all boxes are checked in settings
Hi all, I am in IT Helpdesk - I have 2 users that have stopped getting email notifications when projects are added to their Dropbox. All email options are checked but the emails are not coming in. ...

3 years agoHi dianders, could you clarify what notifications you're referring to? There aren't emails sent out if files are added to a Dropbox account, unless you're referring to invites to shared folders or some other type of notification.
A screenshot of an email they received would be helpful, while hiding any personal information and names.
